Refund Policy

Hotncool.qa takes customer satisfaction very seriously. In the case of problems with your food order, please contact hotncool.qa through our live chat or call us on our hotline number and we will assist you. In appropriate cases, if you have already been billed by Hotncool.qa, Hotncool.qa will issue full or partial refunds. In the following cases: if you did not receive your order or received an incorrect order, you may be issued a full refund; if part of your order is missing, we may issue a partial refund. In every event, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. Or full or partial amount will be refund as store credit.

Payments

  1. Customer can choose between different payment methods provided on the platforms, which are currently the following: Cash on Delivery, local debit cards, , Visa Checkout and credit cards.
  2. HOT N COOL reserves the right to provide other payment methods or to no longer offer certain payment methods.
  3. Customer bindingly chooses the payment method when placing the respective order, provided that the customer chooses an online payment method, the payment will be processed by an external online payment provider cooperating with HOTNCOOL
  4. Card data will be stored for future orders by the external online payment providers, on the condition that the customer has given consent to the storage and future usage.
  5. Customer is obliged to ensure sufficient cover of the respective account or, when using credit card, to use the credit card only within the card transaction limit. Customer has to refrain from causing unauthorized debit charge backs.

The customer order cancellation is limited to a maximum time of 5 minutes from the time of placing the order.

The customer refund procedure might take 2-7 working days to process on the Debit /Credit Cards bank payment gateway. The customer has to follow on with the bank in case of any delay in crediting back the customer’s account with the amount previously paid by the customer. We will send an email to the customer that contains a printout of the refund advice printed from Debit / Credit Cards bank payment gateway as reference in case the customer wants to revise the bank with.

Validity of Hotncool.qa records

In the disputes which may arise in relation to this agreement, the member agrees, states and warrants that any bookkeeping entry, microfilm, microfiche and computer records constitute a valid, binding, absolute and exclusive evidence; this article has the characteristics of an evidential contract, and that the member waives in advance all kinds of objections to the specified Hotncool.qa records and the right to tender an oath in relation to the fact that these records are kept in due form.

Governing law and competent

In no event shall the HOTNCOOL Parties be liable to the User for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages whatsoever, however, caused and under any theory of liability, including but not limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation, any loss of data suffered, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or other intangible loss.

Product Delivery

During any product delivery made by shops, if the client is not available in the address specified in the system, the meals ordered by the client shall not deliver to anywhere else. Product Return

  • Food Order Errors*
    If you receive food that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize.in case of this Please contact customer support as soon For credit card payments, you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error and recharged for the new items price. For cash payments, you will be asked to pay the difference of the balance if the new food has a greater value than the food received in error.   • Food Order Incomplete*
    In the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call us our branch as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order. You may cancel the missed food before we prepare it without any question, and we will refund you with a store credit. No cash refunds. Please note we do provide courtesy items such as disposable silverware, chopsticks, etc. when requested for free. If we mistakenly omit a free courtesy item you are welcome to let us know so we may address the issue with our staff, however, we cannot provide discounts, refunds or store credit.
  • Food Dissatisfaction*
    We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Refunds and/or replacement food are available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted and other similar circumstances. Refunds are not typically provided for food that a guest simply does not like.
  • Spice Level*
    We offer a choice of spice levels (Mild, Medium, Hot,) but spice can be different for everyone. We usually suggest that you are on the side of caution and choose a lower spice level because you can add spice in but can’t take it out! We do not offer discounts or refunds for a preferred different spice level, but please let us know if you’d like us to add a side of ground chili, chili sauce for you.
